How it works

If your rug develops a fault due to the way it was made, just let us know.
Send us a photo of the issue along with your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll arrange the return, then repair or replace your rug at no cost to you.

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing faults or defects in craftsmanship.
  • Applies to all Fells & Fleece sheepskin rugs, for life.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage or misuse.
  • Damage caused by pets.
  • Rugs that have been washed or dry cleaned.
  • Natural colour changes from sunlight or UV exposure.
