30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returns

• All items must be in their original packaging and original condition.
  
• Please return them within 30 days from the day you received them.

Return Shipping

• We provide a prepaid postage label for returns.
• The cost for this service is £4.99, which we will deduct from your refund.
• If you choose an exchange, there is no charge for the return label.

How It Works

• Request a Return Label: Contact us to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item.
• Receive a QR Code: Our returns service will send you a QR code.
• Drop-Off: Show the QR code at the drop-off location. They will scan it and print your label.
• Send It: Attach the label to your package and hand it over.

Exchanges

• If you want to swap your item, let us know.
• When an exchange is requested, your return shipping is free.
• We will ship your new item within 3 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
• The £4.99 return shipping fee will be taken out of your refund if you are not exchanging the product.
